Laundry Manager
The Laundry Manager oversees daily operations of the Laundry Department to ensure quality, efficiency, and service excellence in processing guest laundry, staff uniforms, linen, and terry items throughout the hotel. Responsible for maintaining luxury hospitality standards, proper textile care, managing departmental resources, and delivering exceptional service to guests and internal stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and supervise all daily laundry operations, including guest laundry, dry cleaning, uniforms, linen, and terry processing.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop the laundry team to achieve operational excellence and high productivity.
- Maintain quality control procedures to ensure proper handling, cleaning, finishing, and presentation of all textile items.
