Position Purpose The Latam Talent Acquisition Operations & Acquisition Transformation Leader will support the evolution and operational excellence of Talent Attraction & Acquisition across Latin America by helping implement, maintain, improve, and scale recruiting processes, tools, policies, and operational practices.
This role will act as a key operational and technical member of the Latam Talent Attraction & Acquisition Transformation & Activation team, supporting regional projects, process adoption, tool enablement, training, user support, data analysis, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
