This position will support the Retail Center of Excellence, providing expertise in special projects and Benchmarking. The Laboratory Supervisor leads daily workflow while partnering closely with clients on special projects and benchmarking initiatives. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant testing; translates client needs into practical laboratory plans; and delivers clear results, recommendations, and continuous-improvement insights.
Responsibilities
- Supervises the day-to-day delivery of high-quality testing services.
- Monitors the daily productivity and quality of work, allocates resources as required and troubleshoot/escalate problems as necessary.
