- Lead and support laboratory operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality performance
- Supervise and guide employees during the assigned shift, providing direction, support, and oversight of daily activities. Coordinate shift schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure effective coverage across lab and production support activities
