Laboratory specialist
- Receive, identify, and prepare cement samples according to laboratory procedures.
- Prepare representative composite samples for physical and mechanical testing.
- Perform physical testing in accordance with EN 196, ASTM, API, or other applicable standards
- Ensure correct sample traceability and identification throughout the testing process.
- Properly retain and store samples in accordance with laboratory requirements.
- Operate laboratory equipment safely and correctly.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Carry out daily verification and performance checks.
- Assist during equipment calibration activities and report equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Record all analytical results accurately and legibly.
- Complete laboratory worksheets, logbooks and electronic records.
- Maintain full traceability of samples and test results.
