Laboratory Assistant
Overview
A Laboratory Assistant position in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physio-chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products
- Monitor chemical micro-feeders and conduct test baking
- Inspect packaging and product weight
- Analyse diesel for compliance with standards
- Participate in fumigation exercises
- Comply with QMS and FSMS regulations
Requirements
- Minimum O’Level/SSCE with credits in Mathematics and English
- 2+ years’ experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing or related field
- FMCG/food processing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a factory laboratory
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills
