Key Individual / Compliance Officer
Job Location: Lagos Job type: Full-time
About the role
- You'll manage and oversee Gravv Capital's crypto-asset financial services and keep them compliant with FSCA, FAIS and FICA requirements.
- You'll work closely with senior management, compliance, product, engineering and operations teams across the group, so that the business operates within the scope of its FSCA authorisation.
- You must meet the Fit and Proper requirements for a Key Individual. These cover competence, qualifications, the regulatory examination, experience, operational ability, CPD, and honesty, integrity and good standing.
What you'll do
- Key Individual and regulatory oversight:
- Act as the designated Key Individual, subject to FSCA approval.
- Manage and oversee Gravv Capital's authorised crypto-asset financial services.
