We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused and commercially driven Key Accounts Champion to join our Operations team. The Key Accounts Champion will be the primary point of contact for designated strategic clients, responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring service excellence, identifying business opportunities and driving Growth within the assigned portfolio. The position is based in Mombasa.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer & Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and anticipate their needs.
- Manage customer feedback, complaints and compliments in line with company standards.
- Keep customers informed on shipments, services, regulatory requirements and operational developments.
