About this role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Staff to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen suitable candidates for available job positions.
- Review CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate records and the recruitment database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist senior recruiters with recruitment activities and client requirements.
- Support other administrative duties related to recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience.
