Major Requirements B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other related field. Minimum of three years’ experience in IT support, network administration or a similar role. Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer networking, internet connectivity and network troubleshooting.
Job Responsibilities (in Summary) Ensure that computer system and network run smoothly. Carry out troubleshooting and resolve network issues promptly. Replace computer hardware when required. Install and configure of computer hardware and software. Provide internet access to new employees during on-boarding. Work with the service provider to ensure optimal and reliable service.
