IT Support Assistant – 5 Openings at HIFASS across Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kaduna & Akwa Ibom.
Responsibilities
- Provide EMR, hardware and network support
- Repair and maintain computers, servers and peripherals
- Manage LAN/WLAN, printers, CCTV and access systems
- Maintain IT assets, cybersecurity compliance and server rooms
- Support users, troubleshoot issues and coordinate escalations
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, IT or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on IT support experience
- Strong PC/laptop repair, networking and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, Windows & server systems
- CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or CCNA is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently between assigned facilities
