IT Support Adviser
Location: Lagos, Assa, Imo State Sector: Oil & Gas / Energy / IT
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to office and field users.
- Support LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Assist with cybersecurity, access controls, patching, and system updates.
- Monitor IT systems and identify potential performance or security issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Helpdesk roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and network support.
