Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT Support, System Administration or Helpdesk
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and macOS
- Experience with network troubleshooting, hardware/software support and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with ITSM, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
- Oil & Gas, Energy or Industrial IT experience is an added advantage
- Relevant IT, Networking, Cloud or Cybersecurity certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support and troubleshooting
- Support PCs, laptops, printers and enterprise applications
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN and Wi-Fi networks
- Support cybersecurity, MFA, access controls and IT compliance
