IT Program Manager
Establish and maintain project and program management methodologies and standards across the organization. Promote adherence to IT PMO processes, tools, frameworks, and governance practices to support consistent and high-quality execution. Continuously enhance PMO tools, templates, and methodologies based on lessons learned and evolving business needs. Lead the IT team’s capacity-planning process and methodology. Ensure that software development life cycle practices are effectively incorporated into the overall PMO methodology. Develop and maintain the IT merger and acquisition workplan, covering due diligence, integration planning, and integration execution. Lead critical projects from initiation through implementation. Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate alignment between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.
