About the Role
The IT Operations and Foundation (ITOF) Site Lead is responsible for local site leadership for all matters concerning IT/OT Operations and Infrastructure management in EMED Site. Partner with stakeholders, local IT leads, local business leads, IT Foundation enterprise teams to define, capture and forecast Asset requirements and priorities into ITOF Strategic Portfolio and PI Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on operational performance, prioritizing IT/OT site requests and representing site capability requests working with platform teams
- Manage MSP on provision of deskside, server and other IT/OT infrastructure support needed for day-to-day operations
- Manage the IT/OT strategy and portfolio for the company to ensure delivery of those needs through platform or co-located teams
