About this role

Your skills
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in Desktop IT support
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
- This role is an Hourly Non- Exempt position with a targeted hourly range of $22 – $26 USD hourly, based on experience and skillsets.
