IT Onsite Technician
Enthuse customers and provide best experience through best in class hardware, software and technical support services
Your skills
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or print/hardware environment
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, and various software applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between client sites
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.
- Provide advanced IT support for desktops, laptops, and end-user systems
