Job Summary
IT Software Quality Assurance Analysts ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software applications and IT systems before they are released to production. They develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Their work helps ensure that technology solutions meet user requirements, industry standards, and organizational expectations.
Job Architecture Defines and enforces QA governance, metrics, and automation strategy. Coordinates testing efforts across distributed teams and vendors. Leads test architecture design and tool selection. Communicates risk and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Champions continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. Operates with high autonomy; drives cross-functional alignment on quality objectives.
