Job Summary
As General Maintenance – Carpentry, you will perform general preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, as well as, respond to guest or operational repair needs, with focus on assigned discipline.
You will report to the Assistant Manager – Island General Maintenance
Responsibilities
- Your Responsibilities – How You Will Make a Difference
- Maintain work orders and estimate time and materials
- Perform a variety of finish and rough carpentry tasks, including repairs and fabrication in all areas: woodwork, laminates, furniture and facilities
- Maintain and repair upholstery work and perform sewing repairs
- Construct and install wall partitions, door openings, system furniture, suspended ceilings, etc,
