Purpose: The Inventory/Quality Control Supervisor (IC/QC) is a member of the Distribution Center management team. They will work to continuously optimize our DC inventory accuracy and SOP compliance by engaging with various stakeholders to improve IC/QC metrics and refine processes and remove waste from operations. This individual will be a strong people manager with the ability to effectively manage associates with varying levels of experience. The position requires someone who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a demanding and often ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and effective prioritization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Inventory/Quality Control related functions in Distribution Center and be accountable for achieving all service level and quality targets
- Train, Cross-Train, Manage, and develop all IC/QA associates
