Inventory Officer
Description
- We are seeking a smart, highly organised, honest and detail-oriented female Inventory Officer to manage and control the company's materials, supplies, finished products, tools, equipment and inventory records.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every item received, issued, transferred, returned, damaged or remaining in stock is properly documented and accounted for.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Control:
- Maintain accurate records of all company inventory.
- Record all materials and products received.
- Record every item issued to production, projects, departments or sites.
- Ensure no material leaves the store without proper authorisation and documentation.
- Maintain accurate opening and closing stock balances.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts.
- Reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
