Overview
Royal Design Furniture and Interior Craft Limited, an indigenous furniture manufacturing and interior firm, is seeking a smart, highly organised, and detail-oriented female Inventory Officer to manage and control the company's materials, supplies, finished products, tools, equipment, and inventory records — ensuring every item is properly documented and accounted for.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all company inventory
- Record materials received and items issued to production/projects
- Ensure no material leaves the store without proper authorization
- Maintain opening/closing stock balances and conduct regular physical stock counts
- Reconcile physical stock with records and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise reorder alerts
