YOUR MISSION -Unterstützung der Human Resources Retail Europe Abteilung bei administrativen Aufgaben, wie der Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen, Zeugnissen und Arbeitsverträgen -Pflege von Personalakten inklusive Vertragsablage, Stammdatenpflege und strukturiertem Dokumentenmanagement -Organisation und Verwaltung relevanter HR‑Dokumente -Bearbeitung von HR‑Anfragen sowie Ein‑, und Austritten der Mitarbeitenden in den Stores in Deutschland und der Schweiz -Abwicklung verschiedener HR‑Prozesse im System Workday, inklusive Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterdaten -Unterstützung im Bewerbungsmanagement, inklusive Kommunikation und Systempflege.
YOUR TALENT -Immatrikuliert im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Personalmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang -Strukturiertes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Retail‑Umfeld
