Job Description The Internal Audit Manager in Olam Agri is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering risk-based internal audit assignments across business functions and geographies. The role provides independent assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes while partnering with stakeholders to drive process improvements, strengthen control environments, and support the organization's risk management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute internal audit assignments with minimal supervision.
- Develop and implement risk-based audit plans in line with organizational priorities.
- Conduct audit reviews to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and areas of business risk.
