- Overview: The Integration & Divestment (I&D) Operation Technology (OT) Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering end-to-end project execution for Information Technology (IT) operations technology and industrial network activities supporting integrations and divestitures. This role ensures disciplined execution of transaction milestones from due diligence through Day 1 readiness, Transition Service Agreement (TSA) execution, and post close separation or integration while managing risks, stakeholders, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
