Injury Prevention Specialist/Athletic Trainer needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s occupational health client located in Round Lake, IL.
Schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays 8a-4:30p Duration: ASAP – 11/27 with possible extension (leave of absence coverage) Pay: $40-57/hr, DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA standards and education on injury prevention
- Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies
- Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs
