Ingeniero de Mejora Continua
- Responsabilidades Principales
- Liderar la implementación, administración y mejora continua del sistema AGW en la planta.
- Diseñar soluciones AGW alineadas con los procesos productivos y las necesidades del negocio.
- Configurar y parametrizar el sistema, incluyendo rutas, estaciones, reglas operativas y lógica de procesos.
- Garantizar la integración eficiente entre el sistema AGW, el ERP (SAP u otros) y los equipos de manufactura (PLCs).
- Analizar requerimientos operativos y de negocio para desarrollar soluciones técnicas dentro del entorno AGW.
- Liderar proyectos de digitalización y automatización enfocados en la optimización de los procesos productivos.
- Monitorear, analizar y mejorar la captura de datos en tiempo real relacionados con producción, calidad y trazabilidad.
