Team Overview: Incident, Change Governance & Control (ICGC) team provides governance and oversight of Incident Management, Change Management, Operational Resilience, controls, reporting, and governance tooling supporting Firmwide engineering organizations. In addition, the team partners closely with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Regulatory stakeholders to improve operational resilience, strengthen technology controls, enhance governance effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across technology operations.
Job Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Engineer to join the ICGC team. This role combines engineering governance, operational resilience, reporting, controls, analytics, process improvement, and product ownership responsibilities.
