Incentive Coordinator (M/W/D)
AUFGABEN:
- Abwicklung von Prämienzahlungen
- Verwaltung (Prüfung, Freigabe) der Händleransprüche
- Verwaltung des Incentive-Managementsystems (IMS) und Ansprechpartner für Nissan Europa bei Anpassungen
- Steuerung der externen Agentur und Überprüfung der Arbeitsleistung dieser für das Claim Management (Reklamation Management, Telefon, Hotline und Email) Planung und Implementierung von Kampagnen/Aktionen
- Einstellen und Kontrolle von Verkaufskampagnen pro Vertriebskanal im IncentiveManagementSystem
- Kontrolle der Incentive-Kampagnenpakete für den Handel auf Machbarkeit und Richtigkeit, sowie Protokoll und Auflistung gemäß Local DOA-Process
- Überprüfung der jeweiligen Verkaufsförderungen innerhalb des SMIT Systems bei Anpassungen auf korrekte Umsetzung im System durch die Agentur Monatsabschluss
