In House Legal Counsel
Zitelle Group is seeking a qualified and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our team in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on business and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Advise the organisation on Nigerian Labour Law and employment-related matters.
- Identify and manage potential legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance to management.
- Liaise with external legal advisers and relevant stakeholders when required.
Requirements
- LL.B degree and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL).
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant professional experience, preferably in an in-house legal counsel capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.
