As an in-house Legal Counsel, you will be expected to act as a trusted business partner, providing practical legal advice to support Sika’s business in Japan. You will work closely with management and various functions to manage legal and compliance risks and support business decisions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as a hands-on, pragmatic and strategic partner in business and legal decisions.
- Reviews, drafts and negotiates commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and other business partners.
- Carries out internal investigations in compliance matters.
- Analyzes legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Company and provides solution oriented advice.
