About The Implementation Specialist II at Stord is a critical role responsible for the execution and oversight of the launch plans for 3PL warehouse sites. You will lead implementations and launches of new STORD 3PL warehousing and fulfillment projects across the US and Canada. This position involves managing expectations and the overall process of our 3PL warehousing function, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the successful execution of facility design, including layouts, labor planning, pick & pack workflows, and WMS configuration and automation.
- Manage the entire implementation process, ensuring all aspects are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Engage with internal teams and new and existing STORD customers to ensure a successful launch and ongoing satisfaction.
