ICU Nurse
- The ICU Nurse will provide comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients, including continuous monitoring, timely interventions, and emotional support for patients and families. Daily responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, managing ventilators and other life-support equipment, and accurately documenting care in patient records.
- The ICU Nurse will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, respond to emergencies, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
- The role also involves maintaining infection control standards, ensuring the safe use of equipment, educating patients and families about care plans, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
