Job Summary (Purpose of the Role)
- Keeps the bank's technology running the core banking system, network, devices, and security systems with minimal downtime, protected data, and reliable daily backups.
Job Responsibilities
- Before opening, confirm servers, core banking application, network, internet links, and power backup are all up.
- Create / modify / disable user profiles on the core banking system strictly on approved requests; enforce password policy.
