About the Role The ICP Technician will join ALS Minerals' ICP Department at our European hub lab in Loughrea, Co. Galway. The role involves operating analytical instruments (AAS, ICPAES, ICPMS) and following established analytical methods to maintain quality standards and throughput targets. It includes a shift schedule and a path to permanent employment after the initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
What You'll Do
- Operate analytical instruments such as AAS, ICPAES, ICPMS or other as applicable.
- Follow applicable analytical methods and published procedures without unapproved deviation or error.
- Apply time management skills so that routine laboratory activities are conducted to relevant quality standards while throughput targets are met.
