Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager
- Lead and coordinate all HR activities, including recruitment, compensation, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, HRIS records management, employee relations, training and development, safety, and compliance
- Serve as primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries
- Draft, revise, and maintain employee handbook and HR policies
- Track metrics and prepare reports for leadership
- Identify and implement HR best practices
- Maintain relationships with third party vendors
- Foster a positive, safe work environment
