The mission of Vertiv’s Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is to create the Organization’s next HR Leaders by developing new industry talent – providing them exposure to multiple facets of Human Resources through rotational experiences, professional support from dedicated mentor, and opportunities for cross-program collaboration. HRLDP participants will take on meaningful assignments that build strategic, operational, and leadership capabilities, while also gaining visibility with senior leaders across our global organization.
