You will handle performance management systems, support management in workforce planning, and cultivate a positive organizational culture. Your role will also involve providing guidance to employees and managers to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Payroll Administration.
- Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and strategies.
