Job Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Human Resources area
- Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, federal and state employment laws
- Problem diagnosis experience, including organization change management, human capital planning and employee relations
- Facilitation skills
- Basic business acumen that includes general operational processes, financial management and business planning knowledge
- Strong ability to partner and build credibility at all levels
- Strong problem solving skills
