Section: About the Role International Facilities Services (IFS) Group, one of West Africa's leading integrated facilities management and environmental services groups, is seeking an HSE Officer to embed and maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all FM operations covering hard services, soft services, and security in a live, 24/7, high-footfall public venue environment. Section: Responsibilities
- Design and deliver HSE induction training for new staff and subcontractors; maintain induction register
- Develop, maintain, and communicate Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits; track and close out corrective actions
- Lead incident investigation, reporting, and root-cause analysis for HSE incidents
