Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and site safety rules.
- Conduct inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work, safe work procedures and PPE requirements.
- Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings and awareness sessions.
- Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare reports and recommendations.
- Monitor contractors’ HSE compliance.
- Support emergency preparedness and drills.
- Maintain HSE records and documentation.
