Whassan Nigeria Ltd (WENL) is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer - Food Safety for our Lagos operations. The candidate should have experience in an industrial food company, be highly detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of food safety.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations in an industrial food environment.
- Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to food safety procedures and incident reporting processes.
- Support training and awareness initiatives on food safety practices for staff.
- Maintain documentation and records of safety programs and corrective actions.
