Your role
As an HRSD Tester / ServiceNow Configuration Specialist, you will support the delivery of HR Service Delivery solutions by validating configurations, testing business processes, and ensuring high-quality implementations across the ServiceNow platform.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Testing and validating HRSD functionalities including Case Management, HR Services, Playbooks, Agent Workspace, and Employee Center
- Supporting configuration activities and verifying workflows, approvals, notifications, and HR process implementations
- Executing functional, integration, and UAT testing while ensuring solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating closely with developers, architects, Product Owners, and HR stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve defects
