Description
- We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support the HR Business Partner, Head Office, in delivering people analytics, workforce reporting, HR systems support, and management insights. The successful candidate will leverage HR data, SAP SuccessFactors, and reporting tools to support workforce planning, talent management, compliance, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze HR reports covering headcount, employee movements, vacancies, turnover, performance, training, and employee relations metrics.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors reporting, workflow monitoring, data updates, and data quality management.
