We’re currently looking for an HR Recruiter to join our growing staffing team.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, sourcing qualified candidates, and building strong candidate relationships.
What you’ll do
- Source and engage potential candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening
- Communicate with candidates and manage follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes
- Maintain and develop candidate pipelines
- Reconnect with previously contacted candidates when appropriate
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- IT / technical recruiting experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and online communities such as Twitter/X and Discord
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
