We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional who can be a part of Vendor Operations Team Your responsibilities encompass strategic collaboration with stakeholders, overseeing HR metrics, and providing valuable insights for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will drive talent actions, manage requisitions, and ensure accurate data management for HR processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in HR operations within shared services/similar GCC setup, with strong exposure to:
- End-to-end HR lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire)
- HR metrics, SLA governance, and reporting
- Stakeholder management across geographies
- Data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance (GDPR/local regulations)
- Process standardization and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Educational qualification: Post Graduation in Management
