About this role
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Seoul, South Korea, for a HR Partner (6-month contract).
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for Korea requisitions across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with hiring requirements.
- Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring teams regarding recruiting status and feedback, facilitating timely and effective decision-making.
- Prepare salary proposals, extend and negotiate offers with candidates, and ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation support, benefits enrollment, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Manage employee termination processes, including preparation of termination documents, final pay coordination, and system access removal.
