You will serve as Human Resource Manager / Business Development Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director/Director of Operations.
Your responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
- Human Resource Management (Hotels & Corporate)
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks across Venmac managed properties.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and deployment of hotel staff across all Venmacs clients in line with the DOO (Director of Operations) and lead consultant.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and exit procedures across all Venmac managed properties.
