Requirements

BSc/HND in Industrial Relations or any social science course.

3-5 years' experience in Manufacturing (managing contract staff in a factory) with professional certification CIPM.

The role is strictly an on-site role for "Male HR Professionals" for gender equality and he must be a resident within Ota, Ogun State and environs.
