Section: Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage performance management systems and KPI frameworks. Oversee periodic employee performance appraisals and review cycles. Track and monitor key performance indicators to foster employee accountability. Collaborate with department heads to establish clear performance metrics and targets. Provide guidance and coaching to managers on handling performance reviews and improvement plans.
Section: Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager with a strong focus on performance management. Demonstrated expertise in developing and tracking KPIs, appraisals, and accountability frameworks. Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
